RTCRM offers a comprehensive choice of medical, dental and vision coverage. Coverage can be extended to family members and domestic partners.
- Medical coverage: We offer several options, including two types of Point of Service (POS), a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), and a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).
- Dental coverage: We offer several options to include a Dental (HMO), a PPO Core plan and a PPO Core plan with Buy-up.
- Vision coverage: Employees can choose either our Core Plan or Core Plan with Buy-Up.
Work/Life Programs
Flexible Spending Accounts: Two types of accounts are available for participants to set aside pre-tax earnings to cover eligible out-of-pocket expenses:

New Parent Leave: Paid new-parent leave is available to regular, full-time employees who are in childbirth or adoption situations. The amount of paid new parent leave is determined by the employee's length of service.
Long Term Care and Dependent Coverage: Employees may elect to purchase this coverage to help offset long term care expenses at home or in a facility for employees or their dependents.
Employee Assistance Program: RTCRM takes special interest in your health and well being, both on and off the job. The Company offers all employees' access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Tuition Reimbursement: All regular, full-time employees, with at least six months company service, are eligible for tuition reimbursement for individual courses and/or degree programs, which are reasonably job related.

Paid Time Off
RTCRM employees have a wide array of interests and obligations. Our paid time off program is designed to afford our employees with various options and flexibility. We offer a combination of core vacation, floating holidays, summer Fridays, December days, and sick leave.
- Core vacation: Employees accrue towards 10 days per year. Vice Presidents accrue towards 15 days per year.
- Floating holidays: Employees have 3 floating holidays during a full calendar year.
- December days: An employee can take up to 3 days off during the month of December. This is addition to any days the office is closed for a nationally recognized holiday.
- Summer Fridays: Employees can take off 4 Fridays between the Memorial Day and Labor Day.
- Sick leave: Employees accrue up to 10 sick days per year. NOTE: Core vacation and sick leave are accrued on a monthly basis. Floating Holidays, December days, and summer Fridays are prorated.
Additionally, we offer situational leave such as personal leave and volunteer related leave.
- Personal leave: Employees can use up to 3 days per year for specific events such as moving a primary residence, a wedding an immediate family member or for bereavement leave.
- School leave: All full time employees can utilize 2 days or 15 hours of paid leave to participate in a school related volunteer activity.
- "Good Deeds": This program provides employees with 2 days or 15 hours to contribute a community service event of their choice. Historically, people have participated at the individual, group and department level.
Income Protection
401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan
Employees may participate in the company sponsored 401(k) plan upon hire. Employees may rollover funds from their existing plan(s) if desired. Company matching begins after one year of employment. RTCRM matches a portion of employee contributions.
WPP Worldwide Ownership Plan
Employees may participate in the company sponsored employee stock ownership plan after completing two full years of service by the annual January 1 enrollment deadline. Stock option grants are awarded in March for the previous calendar year.
Basic Life Insurance
A benefit of up to one and a half times annual salary ($300,000 cap) is automatically provided at no cost to participants.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
A benefit of up to one and a half times annual salary ($300,000 cap) is automatically provided at no cost to participants in addition to basic life insurance.
Portable Group Life Insurance
Participants may choose to purchase additional coverage to supplement basic life insurance up to a maximum benefit of $1,000,000.
Dependent Life Insurance
Employees may purchase various levels of coverage for their spouse and for each child.
Short Term Disability
This is automatically provided by the agency at no cost to employees.
Long Term Disability
Protects participants' income in case of total disability.
