Social Responsibility
We consider ourselves fortunate to have the careers that we do. We also believe there are other jobs to be done, as well.
Our most recent survey of the culture at RTCRM reflects a group of individuals dedicated to the greater good. Employees responded very favorably to our current Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and offered even more suggestions of their own. People have participated in several walks and runs so far this year and everyone is gearing up for an all Agency Volunteer Day this fall.
We recognize the many deserving causes and the diverse interests of our employees. As a result, we offer two flexible charitable work programs that allow employees up to 4 full days off per year to participate in the causes closest to them.
Group Efforts
Several task forces and committees have been created to incorporate the expertise and interests of individuals and departments. Some of these include the Culture Club, the Communications Advisory Board and the Operational Efficiency Task Force.
Off The Clock
We work hard and play hard (and both seem to come so easy to us). Employees have the opportunity to join one of several intramural sports teams including softball and kickball. Some show their support rooting from the sidelines or by joining in the inevitable post-game happy hour.
The Movie Club provides an opportunity for employees to study and discuss various films.
Organized outings and spontaneous adventures are always part of the mix. There might be a behind-the-scenes tour of the Smithsonian. A day root, root, rooting for the Cubs at Wrigley Field. Or a mid-afternoon stroll through Manhattan in search of ice cream on a hot summer day.
We work in some pretty cool places. It's nice to get out and play in them, too.
