Defining a company's culture is like trying to describe the color blue. The only way to truly understand it is to experience it for yourself.
Based on a recent internal discussion, here's what our staff thought about the unique culture at the agency:
Energetic
If you sit in our lobby for just a short time, you'll understand what high energy means. Words employees used to describe our culture include vibrant, electrical, mission-focused and adventuresome.
And if you really want to see some energy, hang around the kitchen after an e-mail has been sent announcing free food is in there.
Nurturing
Our employees care about each other. They describe RTCRM as understanding, welcoming, generous, kind and having a strong sense of community.
Especially at happy hour.
What RTCRM is not
It's just as important to describe a place by what it isn't. Our staff will tell you the agency is not cutthroat, posturing or pretentious. It also does not have a culture of blame.
We're also not Freemasons or mimes. Freemasons and mimes do not make good advertisers. They just don't.
