Business development at RTC Relationship Marketing entails all agency marketing and promotions. First and foremost our job is to evaluate new business opportunities and to manage the business development pipeline from initial inquiry through presentation to onboarding new clients. In addition to new business, the team also manages all outward facing marketing of the agency -- this entails development of collateral materials, events, public relations, advertising, conferences and awards.
This year the business development team worked with multiple departments within RTCRM to mark our 40th anniversary. The anniversary is being celebrated with a visit from WPP Founder Martin Sorrell. In addition, the agency is releasing research on the value of consumer relationships with brands. To mark this special occasion, we are also re-launching the RTCRM website with a new blog area, where we will dish on the latest industry trends.
