Executive Leadership - www.rtcrm.com

The chief executive officer is a singular role that encompasses all facets of our agency.

My primary responsibilities revolve around five key areas:

  1. Managing talent.
We are primarily in the business of attracting, managing and growing gifted and experienced people to deploy on behalf of our clients.
  2. Creating a culture of trust.
To deliver greatest value, individuals must feel supported and empowered and encouraged to explore new ways of meeting challenges. Our culture is a critical component of our success.
  3. Maintaining marketing leadership.
As the consumer, marketing technologies and media channels undergo
rapid evolution we must stay current on marketing best practices to
deliver maximum return for our client's marketing investment.
  4. Financial management.
Without profits and sound financial performance, we cannot invest in the kinds
of quality people and tools required to build our clients' business,
    and in turn, our business.
  5. Working with clients.
It is essential that we have strong working relationships with our most
senior clients to gain feedback, understand their vision and see how to
help them succeed in their roles.
