The role of Interactive Project Management at RTC Relationship Marketing is to lay out clear, carefully considered plans to fulfill our clients' needs, then assure that plans are carried out in the most exacting and efficient manner.
The discipline of project management itself is challenging, as it requires finding a balance between disciplines, almost as a neutral party, while remaining vigilant about cost, scope and timing. This must all be done without the over-arching authority to supervise the people who must complete the work. It's why project managers must not only have excellent attention to detail and the ability to plot solutions to challenges before they occur, but also have the diplomatic and leadership skills needed to guide people of varying fields of expertise through those challenges.
