The Print Production department at RTC Relationship Marketing is staffed with printing process experts. Production managers oversee the entire print production process from start to finish, which includes writing detailed job specifications, estimating printing costs and managing budgets, issuing purchase orders, attending press inspections and establishing and meeting all printing deadlines.

The Print Production department also manages all aspects of mail shop services including data processing, personalization and assembly. Production managers are intimately involved from creative concept to ensure all pieces meet United States Postal Service guidelines.

The Print Production department also supervises all direct mail and print advertising according to pre-established production and quality control standards. This process includes thorough vendor selection by researching, bidding and monitoring performance. RTCRM often works with client-approved vendors to deliver the final printed product.
