Our effectiveness is measured by planning the use of personnel and agency resources and by providing an accurate record of all works in progress.
Print Project Management is the hub of information and workflow in the agency. The information we maintain comes from our interaction with the departments within the agency. It is the information that is provided by the individuals involved in the process that Print Project Managers organize and then relay to others involved in each project. The careful balance between our clients' needs and our agency's capabilities depends on each person's ability to effectively communicate his or her time frames, needs and information.
