At RTC Relationship Marketing, User Experience Design is the design of interactive products with a focus on the user's experience and interaction. Putting the user's need first, our designers create interaction models, architectures and design interfaces to positively impact the overall "user experience."
The practices of relationship marketing and User Experience Design intersect successfully at RTCRM as they are both "user-centered" disciplines.
Our User Experience Design methodology comprises three primary work phases: requirements gathering, site map and process flows and wireframes and UI design. Within each of these phases are ancillary exercises and deliverables that inform each phase of work. The depth and level of each of these activities is determined in collaboration with our clients on a case-by-case basis.

Brent has over 12 years of product design, development and management experience. Brent's work has focused around three core disciplines: user experience design, product development and project management. His multidisciplinary background has served as a foundation for his current role heading up RTC Relationship Marketing's User Experience Design discipline.
